RE: Fleetwood propane safety valve

You are talking about the LPG detector that will shut off the gas if a leak is detected. I have never had a problem with mine, but it will beep on a low battery. I have heard that a dog can set one off, also certain sprays will also set it off. A gas leak will also set it off. LPG detectors can be set off by a number of things besides just LP gas. Some of these include: Low battery voltage in the coach. Hair sprays, deodorants and other aerosols. Glues, perfumes, lacquer, gasoline and even alcoholic beverages

RE: Onan Microquiet 4000 Won't Start

I was asking if you checked both plugs, the one on the front and the one on the rear? You could have a choke problem, or a carb adjustment problem. BUT, I am not a Gen. Tech.! Good luck.

RE: So how do you know

Google "DINGY TOW GUIDE". Read your owner's manual, it should tell you if it can be towed 4 down.

RE: Newbee Question regarding House Batteries

The AUX START switch is not a battery disconnect switch! There should be two battery disconnect switches, one for CHASSIS and one for COACH. The AUX START is a momentary JUMP START. Your house batteries appear to be DEAD.

RE: HELP!! Need To Change Brake Pads on a 95 Safari Sahara

Looks like the "BENDIX" brakes on my P30. Like other posters say, takr out the allen head screw, yhen drive out the key, using a brass rod. On mine I had to soak and get a BIGGER hammer. Good luck. EDIT---- THIS may help, scroll down to "bendix" style.

RE: Propane rust

I also have a rusty tank. I think the salty winter roads does it as my unit came out of WI. I have only had it guestioned once in the 7 years we have owned it. I do not worry about it. Had a mobile home with a left over mine made into a tank from WW2 rusty as all get out, and they put gas in it!

RE: Motorhome sits too high in back!

In my book there is no code for "H" as the 5th digit. "P" stands for foward control. The 6th digit, "3" stands for one ton, the 7th digit, "7" stands for motorhome. Maybe the "H" is for "HD" as in "P30 HD cutaway". Anyway, it has 1 1/2 pages devoted to it in the Chevy Chassis Guide. I don't have a scanner or I would send you a copy. You MAY have problems getting the CORRECT parts for it. EDIT--- Acording to THIS, the "H" does indeed stand for "cutaway chassis".

1fastdad said; "All TV's manufactured after 2004 are required to have a built in digital tuner." I bought one in 2006 and it is not digital. Where did you get this information?

RE: Steering/Parking Brake Problems

Yep, no power steering, no move!! My Actuator had a leak, probably where yours is leaking. I opted to remove the "auto park' feature and just use the foot pedal. Look on driver's sun visor for a note about "auto park', should be there.
